no radio option

This forum is for the discussion of the development and use of third-party BaseStation radio interface libraries (.biu files). no radio option

Postby dogo » December 21st, 2009, 2:15 pm

Hi,

I can’t seem to get the radio interface to work? I’m using Version 1.2.3.145 of the BaseStation app. Windows 7 with the UAC option turned off!

On entering the license key I get no error message, and the about box does not shown any firmware installed any ideas as the previous version also won’t work either?

All options on the radio panel are highlighted, but don’t work!

AFAIK .145 has effectively killed the radio interface (for external radios). I have the same problem - it worked under earlier versions of Basestation.

That's not good news. I wondered about installing the update and did it on a machine I rarely use. I thought it was the machine, but clearly other people are having the same problem.

Maybe we get £30 off the new add-on when it comes?

It works for some

We are looking at this as it is only a few that have the problem.

We will have a fix soon but Christmas shutdowns etc will slow things down a bit.

It would appear it still works if you right click on a location and select local frequencies.

It is isolated and we are trying to find the common denominator

If you have this issue please email me chris@hamradio.co.uk and tell me what operating system and version you are using (Vista Premium etc)
